[Kali Crafted] Kale

Fresh Kale:

Here we have fresh kale bursting with nutrients.

Dried Kale:

I dehydrated the fresh kale at 110˚ F for 7hrs.  Dried kale is extremely crisp and brittle.  One could spray or brush sesame oil on them, sprinkle with salt and call it a day.  Kale Chips.  We’re gonna go one step further.

Kale Powder:

Here we have, Kale Powder.  I ground the Dried Kale into a powder.  Supposedly, the enzymes and nutrients are still intact because it was dehydrated at such a low temperature.  Now I can sneak vegetables into my daughter’s food!
