Seattle’s 7-Acre Urban Food Forest

Ever wish you could take a walk in the park and pick apples, berries, greens, carrots and then just go home… without paying for them… just as nature intended?  Seven acres doesn’t really sound like a lot of land for an urban neighborhood but with permaculture design, the land can be packed with a large and dense variety of foods and beneficial plants.  Like any experiment, it will have it’s fair share of challenges but a great step forward.  Way to dare!
